  • All the participants are required to bring their college ID cards.
  • Participants should ensure strict adherence to the time schedules.
  • Participants are requested to carry the following;
    • Laptop
    • Net setter
    • Pen drives
  • The committee can make any change in the schedule/ guidelines if circumstances warrant.
  • Only registered accompanists will be permitted in the venue.
  • The organizers and committee shall not be responsible for any loss of money or personal properties of the candidates.
  • With regard to the competition and results, the decision of the judges shall be final and with respect to the organization and arrangements of events, the decision of the organizing committee shall be final.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol/ drugs are strictly prohibited.
  • No gyrate movement, catcalls/howling is tolerated. Any improper/unruly behavior or violation of college rules may result in scrapping of points/disqualification of teams/cancellation of prize.

General Guidelines

  • Participants must be students of a recognized institution.
  • No. of members in a team: 5
  • Participants must bring laptops, pen drives, net setter or wifi Modem.
  • Any malpractice will lead to the elimination of the team.
  • Activities are time bound &; are to be completed within the given time.
  • Decision taken by judges will be considered as final.
  • Use of mobile phones is not permitted during the event.
  • Participants must carry their college identity cards with them.

General Guidelines

  • Any number of teams may participate from each college or B-school.
  • Two students in each team.
  • Students have to produce authorized ID card.
  • Use of mobile phone is prohibited.
  • In the preliminary round there will be a written quiz to select best six teams to the final round.
  • Final round will be an oral quiz which comprises six rounds.

General Guidelines

  • Formal dress code
  • One team should consist of 5 members from the same institute
  • The rules and regulations of each rounds will be disclosed on the spot
  • Every team is bound to bring at least one laptop with net connection and a pen drive for the various rounds
  • Malpractices during any game will lead to disqualification of the whole team
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of the judges will be final and binding
  • All the teams are expected to maintain a proper code of conduct

  • Any number of teams from a college can participate for this event.
  • No mobile phones are allow, (except, if the round requires)
  • Decision of judges and coordinators will be final.
  • Any kind of malpractice will lead to disqualification.
  • Clarification, if any, may be made prior to each round with the concerned coordinators.
  • Each team must bring a pen drive and a laptop with internet connection.

General Guidelines

  • Any number of individuals can participate from a college.
  • Contestants may not carry any other gadgets other than their Mobile phones.
  • Area allotted for mobile photography is only inside the campus.
  • Theme will be allotted on the spot.
  • Submission of the photograph with suitable quotes.
  • Editing of photographs is not allowed, violation of the rule will cause disqualification.

General Guidelines

  • Each team can have 4-6 members on stage
  • There will be 2 rounds for the event
  • You will be given extra 2 minutes for stage set up before the first round starts
  • The theme should be strictly related to workplace attire
  • Background music of 3 minutes to be submitted in mp3 format in pen drive to the event coordinator 1 hour prior to the event. Technical issues and format compatibility for the audio files will be sole responsibility of the team
  • Teams will be judged based on the costume, theme, walk, stance and attitude
  • Decision of the judges and organizers will be final and binding
  • Last date of registration for the event is August 30 th 2019
  • Compulsory that all participants must possess valid college ID card and to be presented at the time of registration
  • Vulgarity of any kind is prohibited

General Guidelines

  • It is an individual event.
  • Participants need to carry their college identity card along with them.
  • Songs will be played on the spot and will not be disclosed prior to the performance
  • There shouldn’t be any lag or stopping in between the performance.
  • If the participant can entertain the crowd, extra points will be awarded
  • The use of property is welcome.
  • If the participants use different dance forms, extra points will be awarded.
  • Judgement regarding the performance will be on the basis of variety, style, expression and grace.
  • Any kind of vulgarity is prohibited.
  • Any number of students can participate from one college

  • Participants are not allowed to move out from the college premises

  • Participation of any unregistered member will lead to the disqualification of the team
