Mr. Manoj T. Neelakantan is a BFSI Trainer with over 25 years of experience. Beginning his career as a trainee in the Credit Cards Operations Division of Citibank, Mr. Neelakantan honed his skills before transitioning to Bank of America's Retail Assets Division as trainee. He then served as a Personal Banker at HDFC Bank and later joined IDBI Bank, where he held various roles including Relationship Manager, Branch Head, AGM and Head of Regional Training Centre. Mr. Neelakantan possesses exposure to sales, operations, team management, customer service, branch management, audit, and regulatory compliance within the banking and financial services sector. Transitioning from banking to full-time training in 2010 at the age of 39, Mr. Neelakantan is currently the Managing Partner and Lead Trainer of Apex Academy, a renowned Training Outsourcing Firm based in Kerala. With over 1500 training programs conducted, he is committed to knowledge dissemination and skill development. Mr. Neelakantan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, a Master's Degree in Management, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He is also a Certified Trainer of SEBI (Govt. of India). An occasional contributor to some publications in Kerala, Mr. Neelakantan is an active member of professional associations such as the Kerala Management Association and the Indian Society for Training and Development.
