Dr. Smitha Rajappan is an academician in the area of HR &OB from South India. On completing her MBA from RVS institute of Management Studies and Research, Coimbatore, she worked with a Central Government Project of MHRD for about 3 years as District Programme officer.

Dr. Rohini S Nair, Associate Professor, has a teaching and research experience of over 11 years. She holds Post Graduation in Management with specialization in HR and Marketing from Bhavan's Royal Institute of Management, Kochi and was the Gold Medalist of the batch.
